Bones family comes in
yellow,
black,
and white.

He doesn’t know
how that happened,
but it did.

Perhaps he’s been influenced
by his time on the mean streets
of his beloved city.

“His” people
seem to come
in all colors.

Bobby (Bones)

I really like this one, and it is so true, we should lean to see everyone as part of our Family, then maybe there would be no need to go to war.

Thanks WindWalker,

What you say is true.

This poem is based on my actual living, happy, family.  They are real, and I’m proud of them.

Ah the wonderful variety of the human race. Color, culturally, artistically etc.

How can you hate it.
Rev 7: 9 States that God chooses people out of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues.....So I don't know where some religionists get off trying to portray some races as being superior to others.....In the name of religion no less. I guess they don't read that part of the Bible......Hummm..

Thanks Eric,

I've never met any "religionists" like that.  I'f I had, they'd probably be eating a fist full of knuckles.

My Catholic faith accepts all people everywhere, and I'm all for it.

I've been lucky enough to travel, and work all over the world.  I've loved all the people I've met.

Thanks for being kind enough to comment on my poem.

Sadly you have them right there in your country and all over the world.
Some under hoods some with fancy garb on etc.

You're a good man Robert Jordan.

Thanks Eric,

You're right, of course, they are all around.

I'm pleased that I haven't met any in the poor, hard scrabble hoods my family and I have lived in.  At least, not many.

It was the best thing that I enjoyed in NY and LA, the mixing of colours, we have so much to share.

Thanks Yann,

I'm pleased you enjoyed that in NY and LA.  That's the way it should be.

Thanks dear Linda,

Yes, that's the kind of coat I like.  It's nice and warm.

Love Bobby
