long time ago
saw theres only one way
a fixated smirk
perceived as thoughtless
to know nothing
now holding the key

then id crack
not take anymore
sit in my own tears
seeing what ive become
realizing im pitiful
and theres none to blame
only myself

confided in no one
distrusting even myself
then id slip
becoming a puddle
drowning in myself

id fall head first
towards the ground
yet i felt nothing
and all i knew
was nothing at all

knowing no more
was all i knew
feeling nothing
was a dream come true
isolated on a desert island
being buried in the sand
i could not ask for more

it couldnt be
the pain came back
too much to ask for
too little time
things werent right
i wish to know nothing
is it really a crime?

silence is golden
ignorance is bliss
cant take no more
fuk all of this

knowing no more
was all i wished for
feeling nothing
was a dream come true
isolated on a desert island
being buried in the sand
i could not ask for more
i will not ask for more
