I can't stop it
It won't go away
I can't stop anything
My misery stays

Like a band-aid
Like a pill
Like a cigarrette
Like my blood spilled

It's all a quick fix
Nobody cares
I'm addicted to hate
I'm hooked on despair

Dishwasher clean
And filthy as dirt
What can I say?
I'm in love with the hurt

nice surprise!! i thought when i saw the topic that you might perhaps be writing a real love poem, but i have to say i was pleasantly shocked. this is my faovrite of the poems that i have read of yours.

I'm not in, love with hate, I'm addicted to it. I'm in love with hurt. I'm addicted to hating with all my passion one thing, and no matter how much the hate destroys me, I can't live without it. As for being in love wih hurt....have you ever read or see movie Shawshank Redemption, by stephen King? that should explain what I mean by that.

SB stands for Sasha Bashlachev, he's a russian poet. He's not very famous or anything but his work amazes me.
