Just trying to let some stuff out, screaming seemed to be an easy way to do it, didnt do too much ehlp though!

PdV  I think we all need to do it every now and then.

Rebecca...It was loads of fun, though I dont think the neighbors thought so LoL.  My throat hurts though, and I dont feel much better but hey, maybe if I do it more and more I will!
